Vegetable Egg Roll




Egg                                                                                          1 piece

Bread crams

Potato                                                                                      ½ KG

Chicken                                                                                   ¼ KG

Salt                                                                                          to taste

Black paper                                                                             to taste

Cabbage                                                                                  ½ cup

Carrot                                                                                      ¼ cup

Green Chili                                                                              3 piece


Firstly, chop all the vegetables finely.

Boil all the vegetables and mash them properly.

Boil the chicken and spread it into pieces.

Combine the chicken and potatoes and salt, paper and vegetables.

Make the balls of the material.

Roll the balls in egg and then in bread crams.

Than deep fry the balls, now balls are ready, serve with ketchup.
