<p>Real beauty &amp; health are inseparable from each other. Just think about it! You don’t really capture beauty in a few fantastic minutes before the mirror. Equally, a crash diet which takes off a few pounds, that side back on easily within days, accomplishes little. What really matters &amp; what will get results is learning how to develop a new attitude to yourself &amp; a whole new lifestyle that will get that will get into the best possible shape &#8211; &amp; that will go on keeping you that way. Aim to do 4 things. First get to know yourself better. Try to organize yourself &amp; establish what your priorities are. Then, learn more about the vital role a skin care routine plays in maintaining health &amp; beauty. Finally, establish a simple exercise habit that is right for you.</p>
<p>Skin care needs very dramatically from woman to woman, &amp; each woman’s needs very at the different stages of her life.</p>
<p>As skin grows older it also becomes more fragile &amp; should be les make-up. There is no need to limit the variety of individual cosmetic’s, but it is even more important to choose beauty products carefully &amp; select those which give the best results with minimum coverage.</p>
<p>Foundation should be selected to match your skin tone &amp; then set with loose powder, patted on with a generous puff. Any excess should be removed using downwards movements this follows the natural direction of facial hair &amp; down. Stroking in an upwards movements means fine hair is more easilly seen because it is fluffed up over the skin.</p>
<p>A temporary &#8216;facelift&#8217; can be achieved by clever use of color. Remember that lines that go up look younger than lines that droop.</p>
<p>For additional &#8216;lift&#8217; wing cheek blusher right out to temples. Feel your cheekbone &amp; flesh over it. Eyes tend to narrow as they get older, so use a shadow tone rather than a distinct color. Apply it as a wash over the whole eyelid, blending away to nothing upwards &amp; outwards towards the temples. Brown is the most natural shadow color, but grey can also be subtle. Don’t feel restricted by these shades; they cover a wide from warm red-browns to cool umber tones, from slate grey to mauve-tinted grape color. These pigments exist in, &amp; are complimentary to, most medium-toned or olive complexions, &amp; this is the secret of this success. Everyone, however, can take advantage of this color range, even using it to tone with fair skin &amp; blonde or graying hair.</p>
<p>Be sparing with mascara &#8211; a fine dusting of powder on bare lashes thickens the effect of a single application &#8211; &amp; chose dark grey or mid or dark brown, all of which are more flattering than black .</p>
<p>Tidy eyebrows too, a baby toothbrush is handy for brushing them straight up, then across in a neat, natural curve.</p>
<p>When applying lipstick, use a brush or lip pencil to emphasize the shape of the mouth before filling in with color. As a general rule, bolt frosted lipsticks, but not matt ones.</p>

<p>The teenage years are very important for starting healthy habits that will last a lifetime. Here are some tips for teenage girls who want to start and stay healthy.</p>
<p><strong>Steps:</strong></p>
<p>Start off right away with drinking more water. Keeping your body hydrated will help regulate metabolism and purify your body.</p>
<p>Maintain a regular sleep pattern. Don&#8217;t get in the habit of staying up late and skipping out on valuable sleeping time. This can lead to the development of insomnia, which in turn can lead to other psychological disorders such as clinical depression and bipolar disorder. Getting enough sleep raises your alertness during the day, and minimizes stress and anxiety.</p>
<p>Eat breakfast every day. Breakfast is the most important meal, because it provides your body with its first fuel of the day. Good breakfast foods include fruit, eggs, milk, cream of wheat, oatmeal, or toast. Starting with a good breakfast will also keep you concentrated during the day, and you will have fewer cravings.</p>
<p>Avoid junk food. This isn&#8217;t limited to just the foods served at fast food restaurants, all foods with limited to no nutritional value qualify as junk food. Think of it as littering your body; your body can&#8217;t do anything productive with junk food. Stick to healthy foods that are high in protein, vitamins and minerals; your body will be able to use these things much better than junk food.</p>
<p>Eat meals slowly, and stop eating when you are full. This is the most basic principle of good eating habits,yet many people feel they must finish what is on their plate. Hunger is your body&#8217;s way of letting you know that it needs fuel. Fullness, or satiety, is your body&#8217;s way of letting you know it doesn&#8217;t need any more food. If you stop eating when you are full, you will get hungry every couple of hours, which is a good thing, this means your body is using what you give it.</p>
<p>Snack healthfully. Eat a piece of fruit, a handful of nuts, some celery, or a piece of cheese. Anything healthy as a snack will help maintain your energy level throughout the day. Choosing anything low-fat, low-sugar, or low-sodium is better than anything full-fat, full-sugar, or full-sodium.</p>
<p>Exercise at least three to five times per week. Go for a run, a bike ride, or a challenging hike. If you don&#8217;t like to exercise on your own, join a fitness club, find a buddy to work out with, or join a sports team. Keeping active will make you stronger physically and mentally.</p>
<p>Stick to a hygiene regimen. Wash your face in the morning and at night before you go to bed to keep your skin healthy and clean. Brush your teeth two to three times a day for a clean and fresh mouth. Taking care of your appearance will also make you feel better about yourself, which really is the most important thing.</p>
<p><strong>Tips:</strong></p>
<p>When you leave your house, bring a full water bottle and a piece of fruit with you. That way you can stay hydrated, and, should you get hungry, you will have a healthy snack on hand.</p>
<p>Eat (your fruits and veggies), Drink (lots of water), and be merry!</p>
<p>Any sport that you choose will probably help if you try hard. Non-team sports like walking, horseback riding, or swimming laps are great. Even hitting a tennis ball across a net and running to pick it up is great! Remember, not all sports are team sports.</p>
<p>Try and keep with a supportive group of friends, and do fun activities with them.</p>
<p>When watching TV, you can walk or jog in place in front of the TV, if you don&#8217;t have time for anything more vigorous.</p>
<p>Another way to keep fit is to not sit around all day watching television. Go out with friends and go outdoors. Fun activities for a rainy or snowy day are ice skating, roller skating, indoor pools, laser tag and shopping!</p>
<p><strong>Warnings:</strong></p>
<p>It is important to live a healthy life, but obsession and fixation on healthy habits can lead to unhealthy habits such as eating disorders. Be sure you are healthy about being healthy!</p>
<p>Your personal health and habits are for you and your well being. It&#8217;s not for anyone else&#8217;s. Don&#8217;t get dragged down or caught up in the opinions of others. If you know you are healthy, you will feel good about yourself.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t worry about having relatively small amounts of fat on your body. Having good muscle tone, good circulation and respiration, and a healthy heart is very important. However, being significantly unfit is a problem.</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t get down on yourself! Even if you&#8217;re overweight, that doesn&#8217;t mean you have to be unfit. Work out, eat well, and take good care of yourself. Health is most important.</p>
<p>Avoid fad and crash diets. These are temporary and any weight you lose will be easily regained once you fail to maintain the diet (which you will). These are not good for your body, and can end up giving you a lot more problems than just regained weight</p>

<li>Ageing and Hair Falling &#8211; In 50’s age, Women are undergoing hormonal changes in your body due to menopause, which leads to decline in the female hormone, estrogen, making the male hormone relatively hyperactive. This leads to androgenic alopecia or male pattern balding. Dry skin is one of the other effects of these hormonal changes. For this skin you need to get an oil massage once a week.</li>
<li>Darker Upper Lips : Lighten Up – A dark upper lips is normal; the lower lip looks pink because of lip biting, which is very common. It is important to break the vicious cycle of lip biting and skin dehydration. For this, try using a petroleum jelly-based lip balm several times a day. Apply a lightening cream containing kojic acid and vitamin C in very small quantities on lip mergins at night.</li>
<li>Darker underarms – It is embarrassment to use sleeveless tops if your underarms are darker. There are several reasons for darker underarms, using deodorants directly on your skin, hair-removing creams, friction in case of excess weight and an existing hormonal imbalance. Avoid using deodorants directly pn your skin. Use a lightening agent containing mild hydroquinone locally at night. Use in very small quantity and avoid sun exposure while you are using the cream. Dust on an antifungal powder to keep the area dry.</li>
<li>Oily Skin &amp; Dust – Teenage girls glands are very active, producing sebum in excess which gets deposited on the surface of your skin, making it look oily. It can cause acne. Avoid oily products and preferably use gel-based cosmetics. Mix some calamine in your sunscreen as it will absorb excess oil and keep your skin dry.</li>
