Spicy Meat Roll

Ingredients:

Minced meat                                                                     1 cup

White flour (maida)                                                        1 ½ cup

Yeast                                                                                     1 ½ tsp

Sugar                                                                                     1 tsp

Milk                                                                                       2 tsp

Oil                                                                                           to taste

Egg                                                                                         1

Salt                                                                                         1 Pinch

Baking Powder                                                                  ½ tsp

Recipe:

Mix well the sugar, milk and yeast in a bowl and leave it for 20 to 25 minutes. In another bowl mix white flour, salt and baking powder and then add the yeast latter. Kneed it and add some water or milk to knee it properly.

Leave the dough for 40 to 45 minutes. When the dough is raised than make the little balls and then flats them and fills minced meat. Now deep fry it into a pan. Spicy meat roll are ready to serve.

Chicken

Ingredients:

Green chilies (large size)                                            8 to 10

Potato                                                                          1 piece

Chicken                                                                       250 gm

Salt and Black Paper                                                   to taste

Basin                                                                           For coating

Egg                                                                              ½

Recipe:

Boil the potato and mash it. Boil the chicken and spread it into pieces

Mix the potatoes and chicken and add the spices.

Have a deep cut on green chilies and fill the green chilies with better.

In a bowl make a thick paste of pulse flour, salt, black paper and egg.

Dip the green chilies in the batter and for deep. Serve with ketchup.
