With so many not so healthy choices stare you in the face it’s no good the huge majority feel a bit frayed about the edges.

You don’t need to buy a costly food processor to make a smoothie. If you have a speed blender, it is simple to follow smoothie recipes and make drinks for the cost of a single smoothie from a superstore.


Banana Smoothie Recipe

Healthy Banana

Ingredients

1 tablespoon honey, 1 1/2 cups milk, 1 banana and 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Recipe

In a blender mix honey, milk, nutmeg, banana, and. mix together until smooth.


Watermelon Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

4 cups watermelon chunks, 5 leave romaine lettuce, 1 banana, Juice of 1/2 lemon (It gives the smoothie a good flavor).

Blend all these ingredients in a grander and really enjoy. Makes 2 serving or 2 quarts


Nectarine Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

2 cup vanilla yogurt, 4 large nectarines, pitted and quartered, 2 tablespoon honey, 2 cup orange juice and 2 bananas, cut into pieces and frozen.

Recipe

Mix the vanilla yogurt, nectarines, frozen banana chunks, honey and orange juice into a blender and merge until smooth.


Strawberry Smoothie Recipe

 Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen strawberries, 1 cup frozen banana slices and 3/4 cup pineapple juice.

Recipe

Mix all these ingredients into blender. Blend with a lot ice cubes until smoothie!
