1 tablespoon honey, 1 1/2 cups milk, 1 banana and 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
In a blender mix honey, milk, nutmeg, banana, and. mix together until smooth.
Watermelon Smoothie Recipe
4 cups watermelon chunks, 5 leave romaine lettuce, 1 banana, Juice of 1/2 lemon (It gives the smoothie a good flavor).
Blend all these ingredients in a grander and really enjoy. Makes 2 serving or 2 quarts
Nectarine Smoothie Recipe
2 cup vanilla yogurt, 4 large nectarines, pitted and quartered, 2 tablespoon honey, 2 cup orange juice and 2 bananas, cut into pieces and frozen.
Mix the vanilla yogurt, nectarines, frozen banana chunks, honey and orange juice into a blender and merge until smooth.
Strawberry Smoothie Recipe
1/2 cup frozen strawberries, 1 cup frozen banana slices and 3/4 cup pineapple juice.
Mix all these ingredients into blender. Blend with a lot ice cubes until smoothie!
