Mango Fruit Smoothie Recipe

Mango smoothie

Mango smoothie

Made healthy with fruit, flax seed oil, walnuts, wheat germ, & yogurt.

3 wedges ripe cantaloupe cut into cubes.

1 cup strawberries

½ cup blueberries

1 kiwi

1 mango

1 cup plain non-fat yogurt

1 tablespoon ground flax seed or oil handful of walnuts

2 tablespoon wheat germ

1 teaspoon vanilla

METHOD:

In blender chop then mix all ingredients & pour into tall frosted glass & enjoy! Ratate the fruit, but always have blueberries & strawberries.
