Groundnut Chutney

Peanut-Chutney

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 CUP GROUNDNUTS (SHELLED)

6 GREEN CHILLIES

1/2 CUP FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES

3/4 CUP (GREATED) RAW MANGOS

1 TSP SUGER

SALT TO TASTE

1 TSP GINGELLY OLL

1/4 MUSTARD SEEDS

A PINCH OF ASAFOETIDA POWDER

1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER

PREPARTION:

Soak groundnuts in water forĀ  hours, peel the jackets & grind with next 4 ingredients.

add salt & mix well.

method:

heat oil, splutter mustard seeds, asafoetida powder, turmeric powder & pour the chutney
