Cellulite:
This is a special type of obesity. Fat accumulates in stubborn globules, in areas such as the hips & thighs.

If you detect signs of cellulite, try avoiding foods which make toxins because these aggravate the condition. Constipation:

Constipation can be caused by any of the fowling eating plentifully but all the wrong foods, irregular meals, inadequate fluid intake. To out avoid becoming constipated, make sure you are getting enough dietary fiber. Choose whole-wheat bread & flour, & brown rice, in preference to their refined equivalents. Eat plenty of protein foods, lightly cooked vegetables, salads & fruit too.
One of the best ways 0f avoiding constipation is to take a bran creal for breakfast; try eating a few soaked prunes or dried figs with, or instead of, the cereal. Also make sure that you are taking enough vitamin B foods. Half a cupful of weatgerm taken each day, cooked or uncooked, will often cure constipation. Even drinking more water may solve the problem; try drinking five glasses a day between meals if you are constipated.
Fluid retention:
Pregnant women are liable to fluid retention causes swelling, especially in the ankles, feet & hands. Most of us experience slight, not usually discernible, fluid retention just prior to the monthly period. Both types of fluid retention are due to the influence of hormones which are at a higher lever at these times. For pregnancy the usual treatment is a high-protein, low-calorie, low-salt diet and rest. The monthly condition rights itself; here is on need to restrict fluid or salt.
Once menstruation starts, any surplus fluid disappears & the bloated feeling subsides.

If you sleep badly, check for constipation or indigestion. It is said that insomnia is often due to mild indigestion caused by a heavy, or indigestible, meal taken too near bedtime. Try making the last meal of the day light & digestible. Avoid tea or coffee late at night; have a milky drink or a cup of mint tea instead. inability to sleep properly may also be a sign that you are not taking enough exercise during the day; take a brisk walk or a jog before sleeping-if you feel the need for a breath of fresh air. Alternatively, follow the 10-minutes general exercise plan. If you feel too alert to sleep, try a simple relaxation routine.
MIGRAINE:
A variety of factors have been suggested as trigger mechanisms for migraine attacks. Many of these are of stress origin, but some implicate certain foods, such as cheese, chocolate, yeast extract, wine, & bananas. Too much fat, in any from, may also be a causative factor, so if you suffer from migraine, use less butter & avoid fried foods as much as possible.
TENSION:
