ELAYCHI GOSHT: (sindhi recipe)

Ingredients:

1 kg mutton (rib chops)

2 large onions

15 green cardamoms

1 tsp peppercorns

salt to taste

1 tbsp coriander powder

1 cupfull curd

4 tbsp ghee or cooking oil

Preparation:

Clean & wipe the chops dry.

slice the onions.

swlice the peppercorns

whip the curd

Method:

Heat ghee, add chgops, onions cardamoms salt and pepper and stir-fry on slow fire till chops are nicely brownd.

add coriander powder and fry again for 2-3 minutes.Lastly add whipped curds and cook in an oven till dry and fully tender.

TO SERVE

SERVE WITH CHAPATIS:
