Creamy Milk Chicken

Desi Cooking Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

1 LARGE SIZE SKINNED & DISJOINTED CHICKEN

3 LITRES OF MILK

3 TBSP GHEE

1 TSP GINGER PASTE

1/2 TSP GARLIC PASTE

SALT TO TASTE:

NUTS & RAISINS FOR GARNISH

PREPARATION:

Wash & pat dry the chicken pieces. Soak the raisins & fry the nuts in a little fat.

Drain & keepĀ  aside.

METHOD:

Heat fat, fry garlic-ginger paste a little.

Add chicken pieces & stir a little.

Add a little milk at a time stirring and cooking the chicken till all the milk is used up.

Add salt & soaked raisins during the last addition of milk. Cook on a slow flame till the milk thickens and coats the chicken pieces leaveing a creamish(move) appearance. take of the fire.

To serve:

Garnish with fried nuts.

serve hot with chapattis.

NOTE:

IF SALT IS ADDED RIGHT IN HE BEGINNING, THE MILK WILL CURDLE IMMEDIATELY.
