Chicken Manchurian

Chicken =     ½ kilo without done cut it small shapes chakoor

Salt         =     ¼ tea spoon

Chinese =      ¼ tea spoon

Meedah =      2 table spoon

Garlic soce = ¾ cup

Tomato soce =   ½ cup

Soup    =       ½ table spoon

Oil       =       2 table spoon

Suger   =       1 tea spoon

Recipes.

First of all in a big boal put on the chicken and then salt , Chinese salt , meedah sprinkle on the chicken for 5 minutes- then light deep fri it.

Now to heat up the oil and put on the chicken. after one minute put on garlie soce , tomato soce , suger , soup to cook 3-4 minute

Now it is ready

Always chicken Manchurian put on the cizing plate after making or cooking.
