<p>Make a mask of five teaspoons of olive oil and two eggs and rub into your scalp and hair. Let it sit for a 30 minute before washing your hair.</p>
<p>Make softer a large amount of coconut cream in your hands and massage into hair. Cover your head in a towel and leave it on for one hour and then Wash out with a good shampoo.<br />
Take an egg and beat the white until it&#8217;s frothy. Mix with 5 tablespoons of yogurt. Massage into the hair and leave for 20 – 25 minutes and then Wash out with a mild shampoo.</p>
<p>Mayonnaise is a good conditioner for hair. Depends on the length of hair, apply just about 1/2 cup of mayonnaise to your dry hair. Work into hair truly glowing and then cover your hair with shower cap and wash your hair after 20 minutes.</p>
<p>Mix two tablespoons of lemon juice to a pint of water and apply as a conditioner after shampooing.</p>
<p>Add 3 tablespoon of honey with 4 tablespoon olive oil. Apply thoroughly to your hair. Cover up hair with a shower cap or plastic wrap and after 20 minutes shampooing your hair.</p>
<p>Make a mixture of Blend 1/2 a banana, 1/4-cantaloupe, 1-tablespoon yogurt, 1-tablespoon wheat germ oil, 1/4 avocado. Apply this thoroughly to your hair and wash after 15 minutes.</p>
<p>Crush lemon seeds and black pepper in equal amount and make a mixture in water and apply on your scalp and hair. Wash after 10 minutes with water.</p>
<p>Mash a banana with few drops of almond oil and then massage into hair. Leave it for 10 minutes. Wash with soda water and then shampoo.</p>
<p>A papaya pack is good for hair split end. Take away the covering and the seeds of a full-grown papaya and merge it in a blender. <p>The solution to avoiding the dryness of winter skin is to stay moisturized. Keep your skin&#8217;s moisture by remembering to moisturize every mooring before applying makeup and in the night before sleeping. Use moisturizer after every bath or wash. This is the time to moisturize because it can help keep the moisture from the bath. In addition, confirm you remove your makeup before going to your bed. While using your makeup, moderation is the number one thing you should consider. When it is appropriate to match your makeup color with the color of the season, going too far may not be a fine idea.</p>
<p>Go for a red lipstick to match with your frosted eye shadow. It&#8217;s also an excellent idea to wear colored eyelashes. As long as it is in moderation, there is no limit to what color you want to wear. Prefer to use a bronzer as a final touch. Usually, bronzers are useless in cold seasons but with the exact application, you can certainly pull it off. Select a bronzer that goes with your skin tone and remember to choose a color that is one shade lighter than your skin. Apply honey colors if you have a fair skin and copper and tan if you have olive and dark skin color respectively.</p>
<p>In winter season wear warm and thick clothes. In as much as a moisturizer is very important in maintaining moisture on our skin, it is also vital to be warm throughout winter. We layer our clothes to guard us from the chilly weather. But do take note that the 1st layer of clothes on your body is not made of wool. You will be able to evade skin irritation if you wear clothes that are relaxed and good for the skin such as cotton. Weight is one more problem you have to be careful for this season. With food being served to you almost each minute, you can not help but put on weight at the same time. Eliminate this trouble by eating a healthy food right before you go out for a party.</p>

By becoming more aware of what reasons winter skin problems, we can learn to evade them.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Here are some simple tips to guard your skin this winter.</strong></p>

<li>When bathing or showering, lukewarm water is better than hot.  Skin care experts have the same opinion that hot showers strip your body of its natural oil barrier, the same barrier that traps in moisture and keeps skin soft and moist.</li>
<li>Outdoor winter weather conditions, such as sun or cold wind reflecting off ice and snow, can be very harmful to the skin. Just as we use sunscreens in the summer season, we should do so in the winter as well. Before all outdoor activities, use a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15.</li>
<li>In cold winter months it is vital to maintain the humidity in your home to around 50%.  Dry air dissolves your body’s natural water content, so drying out your skin.  Humidity meters called hygrometers are reasonably priced and generally available at local stores.</li>
<li>When dressing in winter season, dress up non irritating fabrics such as cotton, which does not trap moisture on the skin&#8217;s surface and can be worn for coolness or warmth. Bear in mind, however, that cotton once wet, does not quickly dry.</li>
<li>Chapped lips are a general trouble in winter season. We tend to make the trouble worse by licking our lips to provide them moisture, but, as that evaporates they tend to dry out even more. To increase the problem, our lips tend to him as we age and are more at risk to cracking. Always apply a lip balm with at least SPF 15 and if possible one with antiseptic agents.</li>

<p>Women usually are not as muscle bound as men, and young girls are particularly slight and thin before they reach their full maturity. In my view the average person would not expect a young woman to begin bodybuilding as often the perception is that it&#8217;s a man&#8217;s hobby and young ladies will be changed into hulking behemoths, incapable of being feminine.</p>
<p>We know, as a progressive society, that this is not the case. Everybody is free to chase their aims and goals with any amount of zeal, with any purpose and for any reason they see fit and within the confines of normal law and order of course. Many young men take on strength and bodybuilding training and I see no reason why young women should be frowned upon for the same thing.</p>
<p>Do your best to avoid these 2 mistakes and you will be well on your way to accelerating your gains by unblocking any obstacles in your path to muscle building success.</p>
<p>It has to be one of the most general mistakes young beginner natural bodybuilders make and that is overtraining. It takes time to build muscle and unluckily most do not see results as quickly as they would like. Heck, none of us see results as rapidly as we would like but experienced and intelligent bodybuilders know that it is a procedure that takes time and that does not occur overnight. Unluckily for those uneducated and impatient who desire results now fall into the misconception and false belief that more is better. And then by adopting this faith they end up training more often, for longer periods of time, performing more exercises and more sets than is essential or required to effectively stimulate muscles growth. Not only does this not lead to greater results and gains but it actually works against the person by entering a state of overtraining which is beyond the point that the body can effectively recover from, stimulate don&#8217;t Annihilate!</p>
<p>So many female beginners and young would be bodybuilders fail to realize or appreciate just how much protein and how many calories they need to grow and to gain weight, particularly the hard gainers amongst us! You can train as much, as hard and as well as you like but without enough quality calories and enough lean protein your muscles will never ever grow. Exercise and training is merely a stimulant to cause the adaptation or growth within any given muscle tissue but for the adaptation and growth to happen you must supply your body with the nutrient, the raw materials, to grow. Without ample calories and protein it becomes like trying to build a house without any materials or bricks, no amount of effort and hard work will change anything!</p>
