Beauty Tips for Summer 2010 -Summers and Sundays Beauty Tips

Summer 2010 Beauty Tips For all the women who have tight working schedules & routines, women who hardly get time to visit their beauty experts. Women who do a lot of outdoor chores & they just get Sundays off, we have got you a quick cleansing routine which can easily be done at home for keeping your skin fresh & glowing..

1-CLEANSING:

If you wear a lot of make-up you should always take it off with a cleanser, especially your eyes when you are taking of the eyeliner or the kajal you should use a cleanser with eyes open. Apply the cleanser all over your face not forgetting the neck region. Apply in a circular movement.

2-TONING:

After cleansing preferably use rose water as a toner, apply it over your face & neck & move your hand in a circular movement, in from your nose out to your ears. Continue for 4 -5 minutes.

3-SCRUB:

After cleansing & toning, a facial scrub should be applied all over the face & neck region. Scrub helps in getting rid of the dead cells on the skin surface & it clears away the pores. The scrub should be rubbed very gently all Over the region for 5 minutes & then wash out with lukewarm water.

4-MASK:

Scrubbing gives a very fresh & light feeling to the skin but the glow & tenderness a facial mask is recommended. You can make one at home by taking egg white, 1teaspoon honey & few drops of lemon juice. Apply this mask all over you face & leave it until it dries off & exfoliates. Then wash your face with rose water.

5-POLISH:

To add those extra glows to your face for the evening dinner try out the face polishing technique. Mix gram flour with rose water & make a thick paste, then add a few drops of lemon juice & 1 teaspoon of milk. Scrub this past all over your face until it dries off & exfoliates. Wash it off with lukewarm water.
